I inherited my mother’s Kenwood Chef and even after what must be 30 years it is still going strong. I was therefore a disappointment to the lovely people on the Kenwood stand at the New Zealand Food Show. It didn’t stop me salivating over the latest models or indeed being captivated by the retro exhibition stand. Even the exhibitor was all dressed up in suitably vintage style. Hat’s off to Kenwood New Zealand for pushing the boat out.
My primary purpose for visiting the show was to take photographs for my documentary assignment. I may, or may not, have got a little sidetracked at times with so many wonderful food and drink opportunities.  I certainly came away dragging more bags of goodies than the housekeeping funds would normally buy. All in all it was a wonderful day off from work and domestics.
