I can’t help but keep looking at the photographs of the snow to remind myself that we were indeed bathed in white stuff. It was a moment of excitement that’s now replaced with an feeling of being overwhelmed by runaway grass and bolting weeds as the sun is warming things up and signs of Spring are getting stronger every day. It’s nice just to close my eyes and remember the blanket of snow. Denial is a good delaying tactic for the massive list of things we have to do before Spring really starts in earnest.
This looks like Minnesota will look like in a couple of months, Julie. And I just read that this snow was the first in 50 years for your island, right?
