My blogging intentions seem to have been blown out of the water whilst I’ve been away in the UK. Â Time with family and friends has been precious so waking hours have been spent in their company rather than tethered to my laptop. Needless to say I’m amassing blogging material. Â It’s been a whirlwind trip but I’ve loved every minute so far. Â Not just seeing people I care about but being back in the homeland and savouring all those things I love.
It’s autumn in the UK but since I’ve arrived temperatures have been rising and by the end of the week we might be bathed in heat wave. Â It’s been a time of golden light and morning mists bringing a most romantic start to the day. Â With all the early morning’s I’ve been having it’s been a real pleasure to be up bright and early.
Beautiful photograph and I shall enjoy being drip fed your nostalgic England posts when times allows on your return. Just treasure every precious moment you have with dear family and friends. You’ll be able to return to NZ and sit on your balcony, with a glass of Sav in the evening sunshine, blogging away to your hearts content x
