Being in a postcard picturesque location is proving to be a challenge for me. My photography course assignment calls for creative landscapes – nothing cliché. Something that is more deeply reflective of the place itself. I’ve spotted lots of potential detail shots that reflect the French credentials of Akaroa but with picture postcard on every street and corner it’s been hard to find my French inspired muse. So far, this is the best I can come up with.
