A dose of sunshine does wonders to lift my mood and bring a spring into my step.  No doubt that the sunshine brought a touch of magic to our walk on Kapiti Island a couple of weeks ago. I found myself distracted by the light as it danced through the layers of native bush.  The sparkles of light combined with a symphony of bird song made the day an audio visual delight.  I have no doubt that any trip to Kapiti Island would have been wonderful but it was the sunlight that made that day even more enchanting for me. With so many photographic opportunities I’ve taken my time to edit the photographs and here’s my pick of the day’s sunlight inspired enchanted moments.
