The evening light in the last few days has been amazing – perfect for a spot of portrait photography practice.  Big basset as always was the perfect model although I do find the way he looks at me with that slightly upward glance slightly unsettling.  I can’t help but think that this is his “yeah, yeah whatever just for you because it’s you” look.  That’s the look only a basset who has a heart of gold could produce

Little basset didn’t disappoint either with his usual games when the camera comes out.  Whether it’s the time of day or the day of the week Mason can’t help himself and instead of doing the decent thing gives me a hard time by refusing to pose.  Instead he points himself the other way to enjoy the view.   Charming eh!
